<![CDATA[Konflik dan komunikasi merupakan kondisi sosial yang secara umum tidak bisa dihindari dan selalu melekat dalam proses komunikasi. Hal itu menjadikan konflik dan komunikasi sebagai proses dinamis dalam interkasi sosial manusia. Menariknya konflik muncul dari berbagai macam penyebab, khusunya yang berasal dari banyak faktor intrapersonal. Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis berpotensi besar menjadi penyebab konflik dalam keluarga, khususnya pada keluarga dengan tingkat resiliensi rendah terhadap konflik. Keadaan demikian memberikan pengaruh besar pada dinamika perubahan faktor intrapersonal, seperti faktor emosional, psikologis, biologis, hingga interaksi sosial keluarga tersebut dengan lingkungan sosialnya. Penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan aspek konflik dan komunikasi dalam keluarga sebagai akibat penyakit gagal ginjal kronis, dan dinamika faktor intrapersonal berdasarkan perspektif communibiology. Selain itu, penelitian ini melihat dinamika faktor intrapersonal melalui kajian communibiology sebagai upaya mendapatkan solusi dari konflik dalam keluarga yang disebabkan oleh penyakit gagal ginjal kronis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metodologis studi kasus untuk mendapatkan gambaran utuh dari konflik dan komunikasi yang terjadi dalam keluarga yang menjadi subyek penelitian. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini berhasil menerapkan kajian communibiology untuk mendapatkan solusi dari konflik dalam keluarga akibat penyakit gagal ginjal kronis, sehingga meminimalisasi konflik. <![CDATA[Kajian ini bertujuan menawarkan solusi pandangan negara kesejahteraan terhadap crowdfunding sebagai sebuah platform big data PMKS mengoptimalkan program perlindungan sosial. Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan pandemi Covid-19 secara sistemik, membawa perubahan program perlindungan sosial dalam bentuk big data terintegrasi dari pemerintah pusat sampai daerah dan mempercepat arus perubahan. Sementara beban Kemensos dalam program perlindungan sosial begantung pada struktur APBN yang mempunyai keterbatasan anggaran. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) sebagai alat intervensi pemerintah menjembatani program perlindungan sosial yang terkoneksi dengan data kesehatan, pendidikan, dan layanan sosial perlu beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Dengan menggunakan soft system dynamic methodology (SSDM), pendekatan negara kesejahteraan melalui konsep crowdfunding, dapat memperluas cakupan penerima layanan perlindungan sosial serta mempertajam ketepatan sasaran penerima yang dikelola terintegrasi dengan big data. Peneliti melakukan analisis customers, actors, transformation process, worldview, owners, dan environmental constraints CATWOE dan menggunakan aplikasi Vensim. Hasil pengolahan data berupa diagram kausalitas (CLD) sistem berpikir menggambarkan kondisi sebenarnya terhadap perbandingan kausalitas sistem berpikir seharusnya. <![CDATA[Violent behavior committed by seniors to juniors in educational circles is still found in many schools and universities. Cases of violence committed by seniors to juniors have generated a lot of attention because cases of violence used by seniors to juniors still exist. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see what factors are behind violent behavior in seniority in the educational environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for data collection, namely through literature studies from various journals, books and websites that are in accordance with the topics discussed. The results showed that the factors that cause violent behavior in seniority still exist, namely the lack of social control from the three educational environments, namely family, school, and society. To be able to eliminate violence in seniors, it requires the cooperation of the three educational environments to exercise social control in adolescent behavior in the educational environment. <![CDATA[Mewabahnya Virus Corona di Indonesia telah melemahkan banyak sektor kehidupan di masyarakat. Bidang ekonomi menjadi sorotan selama masa pandemi ini. Berbagai kebijakan politik yang dikeluarkan pemerintah telah mengancam perekonomian seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Terutama kalangan menengah bawah, salah satunya yaitu para Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). PKL menjadi pihak yang sangat terdampak dari pemberlakuan kebijakan yang dilakukan pemerintah. Mulai dari kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) hingga Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Kebijakan tersebut telah menimbulkan perebutan ruang publik, yang didalamnya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari campur tangan politik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat politik ruang kota selama masa pandemi pada PKL di Alun-Alun Jombang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pendekatan kualitatif Dalam mendukung kajian ini, maka teori yang digunakan ialah Teori Strukturasi yang digagas oleh Anthony Giddens. Perspektif teori tersebut digunakan dalam melihat pola relasi antara struktur dan agen yang ada dalam politik ruang kota. Relasi tersebut tentunya menghasilkan suatu praktik sosial yang perlu ditinjau lebih dalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada masa pandemi ini banyak terjadi politik ruang, khususnya di wilayah perkotaan. Politik ruang kota tersebut, berdampak pada masyarakat kelas menengah bawah, seperti PKL. Praktik sosial yang terjadi pada politik ruang kota pun sangat beragam. <![CDATA[The government is currently incessantly developing road infrastructure. This development is expected to facilitate community mobility so, that it can help the community's economy. One of these development is Jalur Lintas Selatan(JLS). This southern route is a route that connects all areas in the south of East Java. This development causes social changes in society, especially in social and economic terms. This study uses qualitative research methods using the perspective of Piotr Sztompka's theory of social change. The research subjects were people who lived around the JLS and the research location was in Keboireng Village, Besuki District, Tulungagung Regency. The results of the study were the existence of JLS has changed the livelihoods of the local community. The change in livelihood was that initially farmers turned into traders on Gemah Beach and Klatak Beach. For social change, it was found that the area traversed by the Southern Passage became noisy and air pollution was encountered due to the large number of vehicles heading for tourist attractions. <![CDATA[Multinational corporations (MNCs) are non-state actors who have a significant role in international relations. Globalization has facilitated the development of MNCs as well as the transformation of media. It impacts the presence of multinational entertainment media companies operating with the SVOD (Subscription video-on-demand) system like Netflix. Netflix chooses Indonesia as one of its potential markets. However, Netflix has to face new competitors and resolve several obstacles and regulations from other companies and governments in Indonesia. This research aims to find out and analyze the strategy of Netflix is dominating the Entertainment Media market in Indonesia with the concept of MNC, international strategy, and competitive advantages. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods where the data collection came from secondary data such as books, academic literature, and news portals. In data analysis, the researcher reviewing and draw an explanation regarding the phenomenon. The strategies and efforts made by Netflix can make Netflix become the number one choice for the SVOD platform in the Indonesian market based on the supremacy that Netflix has, especially in providing original content. By developing its strategy, Netflix can continue to internationalize its product services in the Indonesian market. <![CDATA[This research is about the stigma that appears in Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency which is aimed at the families of Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients who are not necessarily infected but still get negative stigma from the community. This study aims to describe the form of social stigma and the way families of Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients manage the stigma given by the community of Sungailiat District. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research type. The data was collected from observation, interviews, and literature study. Researchers found that society stigmatizes families of Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients by limiting social contact in the form of isolating, alienating, and avoiding caused by fear, vigilance, and lack of confidentiality in society. The families of Coronavirus Disease 2019 managing stigma namely following the wishes of the community to keep their distance from them and continuing to interact with the surrounding community to make it look normal. <![CDATA[Today the progress of human civilization is progressing rapidly. Social change is no longer a foreign thing in the era of globalization. One of the indigenous peoples, namely the Samin community, has strong characteristics and the establishment to maintain its existence in social life. The Samin community has always carried out social movements against government policies that have damaged the lives of the Samin people. This article aims to review the Samin community in the era of globalization where all aspects of life are progressing quite rapidly. The era of globalization is very vulnerable to values, culture and norms that easily enter the order of people's lives. This study uses a literature study research method. Sources of research come from sources of journals and books that are in accordance with the discussion. The results of this study indicate that the Samin community uses the Gethok Tular communication pattern to convey information about the Samin community's unrest to other communities. <![CDATA[Television as a medium of mass communication has the function of informing, educating, and entertaining. One of the TV programs that have this function is My Trip My Adventure program. The purpose of this study was to see the impact of My Trip My Adventure on students' travel knowledge. Will students who have watched My Trip My Adventure get travel knowledge. The effect is revealed based on interest in My Trip My Adventure and expectations of the development of individual cognitive abilities on tourist information from this show. The research method used is quantitative with a positivism paradigm. The research was conducted by collecting primary data through surveys, then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The population of this study was students of SMKN 29 Jakarta, class 10 for the 2020-2021 academic year, totaling 338 students, with a minimum sample of 78 students. The results of this study indicate that My Trip My Adventure shows that Indonesian tourism tends to affect how individuals process information about Indonesia's tourism potential and Indonesian cultural diversity. In addition, the My Trip My Adventure program, which educates people to care about the environment, influences the audience's decision to participate in protecting nature. This study concludes that My Trip My Adventure on Trans Tv has a significant effect on students' travel knowledge. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya Peraturan Presiden Nomor 125 Tahun 2012 tentang Koordinasi Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima namun penerapannya belum dirasakan sepenuhnya oleh setiap masyarakat di Indonesia, salah satunya pada masyarakat di Palembang. Pelaksanaan peraturan tersebut dilakukan secara yuridis dan institusional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan sosio-legal dan pendekatan konseptual dengan sumber bahan hukum yang dipergunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier melalui penelitian secara langsung di Pasar 16 Ilir Kota Palembang mellaui studi kepustakaan dan wawancara pada Dinas Perdaganga serta Satpol PP Kota Palembang dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menarik kesimpulan secara deduktif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa implementasi Perpres Nomor 125 Tahun 2012 tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan PKL Kota Palembang belum sepenuhnya berjalan baik. Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Koordinasi di Kota Palembang setelah Perpres Nomor 125 Tahun 2012 tentang Koordinasi Penataan dan Pemberdayaan PKL di Kota Palembang kawasan pasar 16 ilir dilakukan dengan memberlakukan sanksi administrasi.]]>
